Each week, we take some of our favorite meals off of the menu and move them to our Specials Board. Enjoy!

Tuesday: Ed’s Texas Club $5.50 - Sliced turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce tomato, Swiss cheese and mayo, served warm on our homemade Texas toast
Wednesday: Opened-face Beef sandwich $4.99 - sliced Beef Brisket and mashed potatoes with Texas toast, smothered in brown gravy
Wednesday Dinner Special - Try our Prime Rib Special, cooked just the way you like it, served with a baked potato and a side salad. King Cut (1lb) $19.95 or the Queen Cut (1/2lb) $12.95.
Thursday: Patty Melt $4.99 - 1/3 lb ground beef patty on Texas toast with grilled onions, Swiss cheese and mayo
Friday: The Rib Combo $7.99 - Four Pork Spare Ribs, with your choice of two side items and Texas toast.
Saturday: BLT $3.65 - crisp bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo on Texas toast
Sunday: Sunday Dinner $6.95 - half a smoked chicken and mashed potatoes smothered in brown gravy and served with green beans and Texas toast

Tuesday: BBQ Meat Loaf $4.99 served with mashed potatoes
Wednesday: Arkie Cheesesteak $5.50 - sliced pork with grilled onions and peppers, Swiss cheese and served on Texas toast
Thursday: Open-faced Sliced Beef Sandwich $4.99 - sliced beef brisket on Texas toast and covered with brown gravy and served with mashed potatoes
Friday: Catfish Dinner $5.99 - fried filet served with hushpuppy and two sides
Saturday: BBQ Meal Potato $4.99 - 1lb Idaho baked potato, topped with beef, pork or chicken, served with baked beans and coleslaw
